Spending one year interning at his alma mater in both the Departments of Operative Dentistry and Pedodontics, he then passed the National Board and New York State Board Exams, earning his New York State License as a General Dentist in 1975. Kamdar began his dental career at Nair Hospital and Dental College in Bombay, India, earning his BDS (Bachelor in Dental Surgery) there in 1971. Now, it’s easier than ever because the root problem was taken care of. My home care was lacking because I was in such horrible pain from it. No more bleeding, no more throbbing, no more pain. I got some specialty dental care (3 sided toothbrush, water pik) but my gums are so pain free I can go in with a regular flossing pick after I use these. I had 3 total visits, none were painful, and I mean this literally when I say I actually look forward to brushing my teeth now. I tried this dental office and when they saw the problem, they put me on a plan to deep clean my teeth and gums, put antibiotics right on the problem, and laser out the dead tissue from my mouth.
I would attempt to work on it, but I’d be in such pain after a few days that I gave up. I was told by dentists for years I needed better home care and that’s why I was having problems. They bled, throbbed when I flossed, the whole nine yards. "I have had extremely painful gums all my life.
